Delivery
As soon as we have received an order, we instantly start working on it. If we have any questions regarding the delivery details, we will contact you for the approval. You will be notified when the order is ready to be shipped and you will be provided with the trach number so that you can check the status of the parcel.
Delivery around the world (except Russia and Belarus)
We deliver our parcels all over the world and try to do it as fast as it is possible.
The delivery time can very based on location and special conditions. Most often the delivery takes only 7 to 12 days, but the delays are possible due to unexpected obstacles.
Our international logistics partner is DHL Express, who rapidly deliver the parcel with their own cargo airplane.
Taxes and duties
Please note, for international orders, the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.
Payment
Once you have formed an order, you can proceed to payment using your bank card. You can also pay using Stripe, PayPal, or Payroc (AMEX included). For customers in Ukraine, LiqPay is available as an alternative payment option. All prices on our website are listed in US dollars. If you pay with a banking card in your national currency, an equivalent sum in US dollars will be withdrawn from your account, including the currency conversion rate.
