What are the ways of delivery?

Delivery within Ukraine.
We ship goods all over Ukraine, using the courier service Nova Poshta.
Delivery is carried out within 2 – 3 days.

International delivery.
We ship goods all over the world with the help of DHL Express.
The delivery takes from 7-10 working days.

Please note that delivery of discounted items may take a little longer due to the high volume of orders. 

What are the prices of delivery?

You can see shipping cost when you proceed with an order.
We offer free delivery for orders more than 850 USD.

Is it possible to try out your goods?

We are an online store, but our shiny pieces are available in many online and offline stores around the world.

You can find a list of stores in the STOCKIST section.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You have 14 days to return goods.

Return of goods to the online store is made at the expense of the Buyer.

When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, the Online Store returns to him the amount paid for the goods less compensation for the costs of the Online Store related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer and to the delivery of returned goods.

Please note that discounted items, categories “Under Santa” and “Bikinis” are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

How to return a product that did not fit?

To return a product that didn´t fit:

  1. Write to us at sales@santa-brands.com
  2. Get an address where you can return goods.
  3. Get a Refund after we check the quality of the goods.

Please note:

We don´t refund money for used or damaged goods.

Return is at the expense of the Buyer. This amount is deducated from the Refund amount.

Please note that discounted items, underwear and bikinis are non-returnable.
